ANALISIS KINERJA SIMPANG TAK BERSINYAL BERDASARKAN PKJI 2014

Abstrak: Jatibarang merupakan salah satu pusat perekonomian, pendidikan dan pemerintahan di kabupaten Brebes. Kehadiran pusat perekonomian, pendidikan dan pemerintahan dapat meningkatkan volume lalu lintas yang menyebabkan gangguan pada kinerja simpang. Salah satu simpang yang terdampak yaitu Simpang Tiga Tak Bersinyal Pabrik Gula Jatibarang. Berdasarkan keadaan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisis kinerja simpang tak bersinyal berdasarkan PKJI 2014 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kinerja simpang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah dengan pengamatan langsung dilapangan dan dari beberapa literatur. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh karakteristik Simpang Tiga Pabrik Gula Jatibarang pada kondisi saat ini diantaranya adalah memiliki 3 lengan simpang, jalan mayor dan minor tidak memiliki median, lebar jalan mayor 7 meter menggunakan perkerasan kaku, lebar jalan minor 6,3 meter menggunakan perkerasan lentur, tipe simpang 322, tipe lingkungan simpang komersial, memiliki hambatan samping yang tinggi, dan terdapat inventarisasi jalan berupa rambu dilarang parkir, yellow traffic light, papan nama jalan dan marka jalan serta mempunyai nilai volume lalu lintas total (Q) sebesar 1444,4 skr/jam, nilai kapasitas (C) sebesar 1623,51 skr/jam, nilai derajat kejenuhan (DJ) sebesar 0,89, nilai tundaan simpang (T) sebesar 15,37 det/skr, dan nilai peluang antrian (PA) berada diantara 24,56 % - 62,68 %, tingkat pelayanan simpang dengan nilai D (Kurang Baik).
Abstract: Jatibarang is one of the economic, educational and government centers in Brebes district. The presence of economic, educational and government centers can increase traffic volume which causes disruption to intersection performance. One of the affected intersection without a signal at the Jatibarang sugar factory. Based on this situation, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the performance of unsignalized intersections based on PKJI 2014 (case study of the intersection without a signal at the Jatibarang sugar factory) which aims to determine the characteristics and performance of the intersection. The method used in collecting data was direct observation in the field and from some literature. From the results of the analysis it was found that the characteristics of the intersection of three Jatibarang sugar factories in the current condition include having 3 intersection arms, major and minor roads do not have medians, the width of the major road is 7 meters using rigid pavement, the width of the minor road is 6.3 meters using flexible pavement, intersection type 322, commercial intersection environment type, has high side obstacles, and there is road inventory in the form of no parking signs, yellow traffic lights, street nameplates and road markings and has a total traffic volume (Q) value of 1444, 4 cur/hour, capacity value (C) of 1623.51 sec/hour, saturation degree value (DJ) of 0.89, intersection delay value (T) of 15.37 sec/cur, and queuing opportunity value (PA) is between 24.56% - 62.68%, the level of service is between the values D (Not Good).
