Abstrak

The growth and development of students is a complex phenomenon and is influenced by various factors, including the environment around them. This research outlines an in-depth study regarding the influence of aspects of the physical, social and cultural environment on the growth and development process of students. The research results highlight the importance of a conducive environment, which can stimulate the learning process, increase social engagement, and shape individual values and identity. The integration of theoretical principles with direct environmental influences provides a deeper understanding of how education can be directed to support the holistic growth of students. From these findings, practical recommendations are obtained for educators and educational practitioners to improve classroom design, strengthen positive social interactions, and integrate cultural experiences in learning approaches.
