Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingginya turnover intention, yaitu suatu peristiwa yang dialami suatu perusahaan berupa jumlah karyawan yang meninggalkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan bersifat asosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah total seluruh karyawan yang ada di ZHM Premier Padang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 89 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan skala likert yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dari penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived organizational support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai tstatistic (2,267) > nilai ttabel (1,66) dengan p-Value 0,004 < 0,05. Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee resilience dengan nilai tstatistic (15,806) > nilai ttabel (1,66) dengan p-Value 0,000 < 0,05. Employee risilience berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai tstatistic (1,681) > nilai ttabel (1,66) dengan p-Value 0,047 < 0,05. Perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui employee risilience dengan nilai tstatistic (1,646) < nilai ttabel (1,66) dengan p-Value 0,050 > 0,05.

This research is motivated by several problems related to turnover instruction, namely an event experienced by a company in the form of the number of employees leaving the company. This research uses quantitative and associative research methods. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population of this research is employees at ZHM Premier Padang. The research sample consisted of 89 employees. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this research was processed using SmartPLS. The results of this research show that Perceived Organizational Support has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a tstatistic value (2.267) > ttable value (1.66) with a p-Value of 0.004 < 0.05. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee resilience with a tstatistic value (15.806) > ttable value (1.66) with a p-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee resilience has a negative and significant effect on turnover with tstatistic value (1.681) > ttable value (1.66) with p-Value 0.047 < 0.05. Perceived Organizational Support does not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention through Employee Resilience with a tstatistic value (1.646) < ttable value (1.66) with a p-Value of 0.050 > 0.05.
