The wage market intersection is an intersection adjacent to the market, which has four arms equipped with traffic light signals. The intersection is located in the small town of Banjarnegara, Central Java which connects Jalan Raya Campur Salam - Banyumas, Jalan Raya Serma Mukhlas - Pagedongan. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the intersection during existing conditions, find out what factors affect the performance of the intersection and find alternative solutions to solve problems that arise at the wage market intersection. The guideline used in this research is the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. Based on the research results of the wage market intersection, it is known that the intersection is said to be saturated as evidenced by the presence of one approach that produces a degree of saturation (ds> 0.75; saturated) smp / hour. The average queue length reaches 33.40 meters and the average delay time is 23.34 smp / hour (ITP E).
