This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of digital competence and utilization of information technology on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Pelindo II (Persero) Teluk Bayur Branch. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT. Pelindo II (Persero) Teluk Bayur Branch. The study found a positive and insignificant effect between digital competence and work discipline. There was a positive and significant effect between information technology utilization and work discipline. There was a positive and significant effect between digital competence and employee performance. There was a positive and insignificant effect between information technology utilization and employee performance. There was a positive and significant effect between work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline did not mediate the effect of digital competence on employee performance. Work discipline did mediate the effect of information technology utilization on employee performance.
