PENGARUH KOMBINASI TEPUNG KROKOT (Protulaca oleracea L) DAN TEPUNG KELOR (Moringa oleifera) DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP TINGKAT PREVALENSI ENDOPARASIT PADA AYAM KAMPUNG SUPER FASE GROWER

Abstrak

Tujuan kajian untuk mengkaji jenis endoparasit dan prevalensi endoparasit pada ternak ayam kampung super faseg rower yang diberi pakan kombinasi tepung krokot dan tepung daun kelor. Penelitian memakai RAL. Perlakuan meliputi lima perlakuan dengan empat repetisi. Perlakuan P1= 90% pakan komersial + 10%  tepung kelor, P2 = 90%  pakan komersial + 7,5% tepung krokot + 2,5% tepung kelor, P3= 90% pakan komersial +5% tepung krokot + 5% tepung kelor, P4= 90% pakan komersial + 2,5 tepung krokot + 7,5 tepung kelor, P5= 90% pakan komersial + 0% tepung krokot + 10% tepung kelor. Variabel yang di ukur adalah heterakis gallinarum, capillaria sp, eimeria sp. Hasil anova terlihat perlakuan tidak siginifikan(P>0,05) pada infeksi nematode heterakis gallinarum dan capillaria sp, tetapi signifikasi (P<0,05) terhadap infeksi nematode eimeria sp pada tubuh inang ayam kampung super. Kesimpulan, pemberian tepung krokot dan tepung kelor dapat mengatasi helminthiasias dan mampu menurunkan jumlah parasit nematode pada ayam kampung super.

The objective of the study was to study the type of endoparasite and the prevalence of the endoparacts in the poultry cattle that were fed with a combination of crocodile flour and leaf flour. The study uses RAL. Treatment includes five treatments with four repetitions. Treatment P1 = 90% commercial feed + 10% wheat flour, P2 = 90% commercially available feed + 7.5% crocodile flour + 2.5% whey flour P3 = 90% trade feed + 5% wheate flour & 5% wholesale, P4 = 90% business feed + 2.5 wheaty flour and 7.5 wholed flour The variables measured are heterakis gallinarum, capillaria sp, eimeria sp. The result of anova is not a symptomatic treatment (P>0,05) in the infection of the nematode heterakis Gallinarum and the capillary sp, but a significance (P<0,05) in relation to infection with the nematoid eimeria sp in the body of the super village chicken host. In conclusion, the administration of crocodile flour and clove flour can overcome helminthiasis and can reduce the number of nematode parasites in super village chickens.
