PENGARUH JARAK TANAM TERHADAP PRODUKSI BAHAN SEGAR DAN BAHAN KERING SERTA BAHAN ORGANIK TANAMAN Indigofera zollingeriana

Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Lahan Fakultas Pertanian Prodi Kehutanan Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang, selama 5 bulan terhitung tanggal 1 Februar sampai dengan Juni 2022 . Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam terhadap produksi bahan segar (BS) dan bahan kering (BK) serta bahan organik (BO) tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana. Materi yang digunakan berupa anakan tanaman Indigofera sp, lahan dan pupuk kandang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 4 perlakuan 6 ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 unit percobaan. Perlakuan jarak tanam yang di cobakan yaitu J1 = 1,0 m x 1,25 m, J2= 1,0 m x 1,0 m, J3= 1,0 m x 0,75 m dan J4 = 1 m x 0,5 m. Variabel yang diukur yaitu produksi BS, BK dan BO. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam sesuai rancangan yang diterapkan. Hasil analisis ragam (ANOVA) menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jarak tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) terhadap produksi BS, BK serta BO. Hasil uji lanjut Duncan menunjukkan perlakuan J3 : J4, tidak berbeda nyata (P> 0,05) terhadap produksi BS tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana, sedangkan J3 : J4, J1 : J2 tidak berbeda nyata (P> 0,05) terhadap produksi BK dan BO tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan J2 dengan jarak tanam 1,0 m x 1,0 m merupakan perlakuan yang memberikan respon terbaik terhadap produksi BS (6247,18 kg/Ha) dan produksi BK (1650,33 kg/Ha), serta produksi BO (1089,37 kg/Ha) tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana.
This research was carried out on the land of the Faculty of Agriculture. Forestry Study Program, Nusa Cendana Univesity, Kupang, for 5 months from February 1 to June 2022.This study aims to determine the effect of plant spacing on the production of fresh materials (FM) and dry matter (DM) as well as organic matter (OM) for Indigofera zollingeriana. The material used was Indigofera sp, land and manure. The research method used was an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments 6 replication and there were 24 experimental units. The spacing treatments that were tried were J1 = 1,0 m x 1,25 m, J2= 1,0 m x 1,0 m, J3= 1,0 m x 0,75 m and J4= 1,0 m x 0,50 m the variables measured, namely the production of FM and DM as well as OM. The obtained were analised of variance (ANOVA) showed that the spacing treatment had a very significant effect (P< 0,01) on the production of FM and DM as well as OM (P<0,05) and between treatments for FM production of Indigofera zollingeriana, while J3:J4 was significantly different (P<0,01) to DM production and J1:J2 was significantly different (P<0,05) for Indigofera zollingeriana. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the J4 treatment with a spacing of 1,0 m x 0,50 m was the treatment that gave the best respons to FM production (6247,18 kg/Ha) and DM production (1650,33 kg/Ha) as well as OM production (1089,37 kg/Ha).
