Abstrak

Digital services are one of the important innovations in the banking industry which aims to increase the efficiency and accessibility of financial services. Bank Mandiri, as one of the largest banks in Indonesia, has implemented various digital services to meet customer needs in the digital era. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Bank Mandiri's digital services in Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, this research collects data through surveys and interviews with customers as well as document analysis. The research results show that despite several challenges, Bank Mandiri's digital services have had a positive impact on the ease of access to banking services for the public.

Moralitas pejabat publik menjadi isu yang semakin penting dalam konteks pemerintahan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi moralitas pejabat publik di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku etis mereka. Melalui metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara, survei, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pendidikan, budaya organisasi, dan tingkat integritas pejabat publik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan moralitas pejabat publik di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan.
